When buying a new-build home off plan, or reserving early on in the build process, we work closely with the developer to enable our new home buyer to have input into selecting their preferred kitchen and bathroom fittings, tiling, flooring and, in some instances, even internal layout changes to ensure their own style and requirements are reflected in their brand-new home.

Developers are also conscious of producing different types of housing across an entire site to meet the different requirements of buyers – from two-bedroomed homes for first-time buyers to five-bedroomed detached homes for growing families.

In order to comply with the latest building regulations, energy efficiency is now a major consideration. Increasingly we are seeing the incorporation of air source heat pump central heating, high efficiency glazing, mechanical heat recovery and ventilation and high levels of insulation.
