While Homebuyer Reports are appropriate for modern property, larger or more individual older properties often require a more detailed investigation by means of Building Surveys.
These are undertaken by our experienced chartered surveyors and give an indication of the current condition and any likely future maintenance problems that may occur. Having considerable local experience, our chartered surveyors are familiar with local building techniques and styles.
Building Surveys are normally available approximately 10 working days after instructions are confirmed.
