Directions

From Lacy Scott & Knight's Bury office continue out to the roundabout continuing along the A1101 passing through the villages of, Fornham all Saints, Flempton and Icklingham after which you will leave the A1101 towards Eriswell on the B1112. Once you have reached Lakenheath continue into the village past the recreation ground, then take a right onto Broom Road followed by a left into Highlands and Highfields Road. This will take you onto Maids Cross Hill, take a right at the junction and the land will be on your left hand side. The postcode is IP27 9EJ.

Tenure and Possession
The land is offered subject to a 2 year fixed Farm Business Tenancy which will set to expire on 10/10/2016. A holdover will be granted until after harvest 2016. The BPS Entitlements will therefore be transferred for the 2017 claim year.
